This tl:dr doesn't replace reading and agreeding to the full ToS below. Let me know if you have any questions.

General Terms

1. By commissioning services as a Client, the Client hereby certifies they are 18 years of age or older and are of legal adult age in their country.2. Payment is due in full (in USD) before work will begin. Upon payment in full, the Client’s commission will be added to the Artist’s queue. Client is eligible for a full refund if the Artist has not begun work and the Terms of Service have not been violated. A partial refund may be offered depending on the Artist's invested time and any completed work.3. The Client will have the opportunity to direct alterations of the work during the initial thumbnail and sketch stages. In the event of mistakes (e.g., missing a major aspect from character reference), please notify the Artist directly and immediately. Requested revisions that diverge from the Client's original commission description/references may increase the length of time a commission takes and will be billed separately. Only limited, minor revisions can be made once the commission nears completion or is completed.4. The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in a clear/effective manner, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.5. In the event the Artist is unavailable to answer messages (e.g., due to holidays, travel, emergencies, etc.) and you do not hear back within a week, you are encouraged to directly contact again. Please note that efforts will be made to communicate in a timely fashion.6. Both Artist and Client agree that they will not share any private information gained during use of the Artist’s services. The exception to this is any disclosure required to complete the service for the agreed-upon commission.7. All characters commissioned by Client must belong to Client or be provided with approval of original owner (e.g., including a friend's OC). Screenshot of original owner's approval statement and/or direct communication with additional owner may be required.

Private information includes:
- Any real names, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, or other personally identifiable information.
- Any additional account information, including but not limited to social media, Paypal, bank accounts, or otherwise. If you would prefer not to be identified on Artist's posting of completed works, Artist must be informed before project completion.

7. Client may repost and share their completed, commissioned piece with appropriate credit and attribution to the Artist. Should you receive higher and lower resolution variants, higher resolution versions are for personal use only (not redistribution).8. No edits, alterations, or reproductions are permitted. This includes removal of signatures or watermarks.
*For example: You may use your finished piece as your personal PC wallpaper, but only the originally signed version should be shared.
9. Client may not profit off commissioned personal work. Unless agreed-upon via contract, no works may be used for commercial purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to: character resale over cost, minting non-fungible tokens (NFTs or similar cryptocurrency), merchandise, etc.
